Potential Church has more than doubled its membership in the last five years alone. This had placed greater demands on the church’s accounting systems and operations. It was using QuickBooks but found the system to be incompatible with its expansion plans.

Our team was ploughing through tons of manual processes, paperwork, and data entry, which was frequently held up by QuickBooks’ backups or server maintenance.

Accounting in real-time, from anywhere

Sage Intacct’s email workflow and intuitive interface helps the accounting team speed processing time for accounts payable by one third. Potential Church has also defined exactly how it wants to record revenues and expenses for each of its locations. As a result, it can now consolidate financials for each location in real-time, from anywhere.

With Sage Intacct, it was easy to train staff at each of our campuses to enter donation figures online.
