Outdated systems don’t match Worksighted’s scale

As Worksighted expanded from the mid-west, nationally, they had outgrown using QuickBooks to manage their financial systems. Monthly reporting was time-consuming, and access to data was limited. With no cloud-based system, the reporting capabilities were inefficient; the team needed a system to scale with them.

Now with a ‘self-service’ way of working, the team can access, export and share reports with the management team. No more prepping from QuickBooks now Sage Intacct has been implemented.

Employee morale improves with Sage Intacct

Since implementing Sage Intacct, monthly reporting has vastly improved; previously processing 300 invoices manually took two days, now it takes as little as 15 minutes. Sage Intacct’s import features have been great, reducing the closing cycle from 15 to 10 days. Employee morale has also dramatically improved; with less manual labor, the team can spend time using their skills.

With Sage Intacct, we are now able to spend more time that provides more value and requires more skill.
